Foodie Fridays : Goals of 2012

Yesterday, I admit, I didn't cook. Its been that kind of week. You know the ones that are tiring and long - the last thing you want to do when you get home is chop and cook for an hour- then clean up for a half an hour after. But next week, I will be back on track!

Here are some dishes that I recently saw that I want to add to my To Cook list this year for the blog!


Skinny Coconut Shrimp.... mmmmmm these look so tasty!
Buffalo Chicken Bites - I love chicken and I love spicy!
Queso! This is another one I can't wait to try on our bi-monthly taco nights!
Coconut Chicken with a dipping sauce. Yummmmmy
THIS is what I am talking about. I seriously want to die every time I see this cake.
So after compliing all this, I realize that these aren't super healthy.... opps. I might have to make a healthy list next week and interchange them. What can I say? I really love food!

  3. These look so good! Especially the coconut chicken - I'd love to try that! We're having tacos tonight; I wish we were having queso, too!
